*I wanted to thank Oosterveld Heating (Specifically Abe, Chris, Mark, Jason and Spencer) for a great overall experience with my new furnace and heat pump! Abe and Chris were extremely informative and helped me understand how HVAC equipment worked, so that I was able to make an educated decision. The install team did a phenomenal job as well! Everything is installed really well, with no corners cut. I shopped around with most Guelph based companies and strongly recommend Oosterveld :).

Ryan L attended my heatpump issue . He was courteous and knowledgeable had me up and running in no time . When the system was installed l was not given a lesson on how it worked and what all the thermostat settings did on the electronic thermostat. Ryan went through all the settings with me and explained what each one did ,so now I know. Thanks Ryan. 👍

Just had my furnace looked at as it wasn't producing enough heat. I called Oosterveld and the entire process was completed extremely well. From my introduction on the phone, to the service tech that came to inspect the furnace.
Called in the morning and Ryan arrived a few hours later ( and not even an emergency call). The level of professionalism was top notch. His inspection was though and reviewed all the details with me. He also had some great recommendations.
Oosterveld will be taking care of all my future needs. Thanks Ryan!

The Oosterveld Heating & Air Conditioning team are outstanding! They quickly responded to our call at their office and had a sales advisor Abrahan I come out within an hour. Abrahan was very professional, knowledgeable and fully explained all our options to allow us to make the right choices for heating and cooling in our home. The installation technicians Erwin B and Jason S worked quickly and efficiently. You wouldn’t even know that they were in our home as they left the area they worked in clean and tidy. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of this product and the price.

First impressions were very noticeable and Henrik arrived at my home dressed professionally and put on shoe covers to walk through my home - he was able to find the issue with my furnace and fix it in the timely manner considering it was freezing outside during a holiday week!! The ease for payment was appreciated and his departure was smooth - I would highly recommend this Oosterveld Heating company for the excellent service received from the office call back to the completion of our issue. I was very happy with Oosterveld. From the start Theresa in sales offered very competitive pricing for my new conventional water heater. It was stocked and ready for delivery the next day. Mark & Yogi were extremely professional with their installation. They answered all the questions I had for them and taught me a few things about furnaces and water softeners too! I had a tankless water heater installed by Oosterveld Heating through Costco, and I want to give a big thank-you to Mike and Jackson who handled the installation. They were professional, courteous, and showed real problem-solving skill — finding an innovative way to complete the install without unnecessary disruptions or added costs. The job was completed earlier than expected, and everything was left neat and clean. I really appreciated their workmanship and the great customer service from Matt and Claudia throughout the process. Highly recommended!
