I had a tankless water heater installed by Oosterveld Heating through Costco, and I want to give a big thank-you to Mike and Jackson who handled the installation. They were professional, courteous, and showed real problem-solving skill — finding an innovative way to complete the install without unnecessary disruptions or added costs. The job was completed earlier than expected, and everything was left neat and clean. I really appreciated their workmanship and the great customer service from Matt and Claudia throughout the process. Highly recommended!
